Free admission for Museum pass, weekly pass holders and children under 4 years old.

Concessionary Admission Schemes

Groups Offers

Schools, registered charitable organisations and registered non-profit-making organisations who make a group visit to the museum with a minimum of 20 people can apply in writing to be exempted from the admission charges. All applications should be made at least two weeks before the date of visit. Application form for waiver of admission charges to the Hong Kong Heritage Museum are available at the museum information counter and on the museum's web site. Museum Pass

The Museum Pass gives you extra benefits when you visit museums:

1) Unlimited admission during the valid period of the Museum Pass to the exhibition halls of the following museums: Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence, Hong Kong Science Museum (excluding some special exhibitions), Hong Kong Space Museum (excluding the Stanley Ho Space Theatre Programmes) and Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum.

2) 10% discount on cash purchase of selected items at museum gift shops.

3) 10% discount on participation in museum extension activities solely organized by the museums (e.g. computer courses organised by the Science Museum and educational programmes organised by the above museums). This discount is applicable to fees which are already rebated under other concessionary schemes.

4) 10% discount on Ocean Park "SmartFun Annual Pass" and enjoy related benefits.

* Full Year Museum Pass is valid within 12 months from the date of issue.
** Half Year Museum Pass is valid within 6 months from the date of issue.
 

Application form are available at the above museums. Museum Pass holders may renew their Passes at any one of the above museums upon expiry. For enquiries, please call 2180 8188 during opening hours.

Museum Monthly Pass / Weekly Pass

The Museum Monthly Pass and Weekly Pass cost HK$50 and HK$30. Pass-holders can enjoy unlimited admission to specified museums (excluding the Stanley Ho Space Theatre Programmes of the Hong Kong Space Museum) for one month (Monthly Pass) or one week (Weekly Pass) from the date of issue. Passes are non-transferable.
