Fa-la-la Learnee Prizee Scheme

The museum relaunched the Fa-la-la Learnee Prizee Scheme in October 2007, distributing stickers for MuseKids to collect. To get your monthly sticker, all you have to do is to visit the museum and answer that month's question correctly at the Museum Counter. You can also get stickers by visiting any of our three branch museums and answering the questions there. Collect all the stickers and you will be rewarded with the grand prize! MuseKids, join us as we set out on a new voyage to discover art and culture in our museum. You'll be able to get a taste of learning outside of the classroom and widen the scope of your educational experience at the same time!

Monthly stickers for this season include "T. T. Tsui Gallery of Chinese Art" in July, "The Children's Paradise: The Art of Lo Koon Chiu" in August, and "The Ancient Olympic Games" in September. Don't miss out!

Date: July 2008 - September 2008

Spinning Rainbows: Olympic Hula Hoops
In association with the exhibition "The Ancient Olympic Games"

The five intertwined Olympic Rings — blue, yellow, black, green and red — represent the unity of the five inhabited continents and the meeting of athletes from all over the world to compete against each other on the sporting field. Dedicated to fair play and sportsmanship, these top athletes honour and share the spirit of the Olympic Games by taking part and striving to do their best.

MuseKids, get your own Olympic ring twirling and spinning by taking part in this hula hoop contest. The top 20 names on our hoop endurance contest will be rewarded with a souvenir and a certificate at the Children Ancient Olympic Games to be held on 21 September!!
