The Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) was founded in 1972. It is a multi-disciplinary design body advocating interest in design and higher professional status for practising designers. Over the past 10 years, Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) has been awarding scholarships as encouragement to outstanding local design students who showed their passion for design, and willingness and capacities to become a good designer in the future.

The exhibition at Function Place will showcase works by the award-winning students of the year 2011, ranging from graphic, product to animation design.
