"Arts Buddies 2017" Launching Ceremony and Arts Day Camp

The Education Bureau, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, the Institute of Creativity and Academic Community Hall of the Hong Kong Baptist University and Office of the Arts Administrator of the Chinese University of Hong Kong have joined forces to organise and implement the 5th Arts Buddies programme. This programme aims to enhance the knowledge and ability of the Arts Ambassadors regarding arts appreciation and promoting of arts through connections with the Arts Mentors from the two universities, as well as participation in a series of arts activities with fellow like-minded ambassadors. These activities help them realise the spirit of "Living in Art·Thriving through Sharing". For the first time, we held a day camp on the programme's launch-ceremony day. About 200 participating Arts Mentors and Arts Ambassadors met one another at the camp, and built an inspiring and encouraging mutual-learning community.
